I saw this article being looked at on BBC News 24's newspaper roundup. The article even forced the BBC reporter to remark 'it makes you want to leave the country'. Yet more sickening suggestions from the eugenics crowd. This time brought forward by government minister Dawn Primarolo.
Primarolo suggested we should steer girls toward seeking a "long-term contraception".
